As we all know there are occasions during the year when Games have to be
cancelled/ postponed.  This means that there is a sheet of ice not in use.
A notice will be posted on the bulletin board for teams to indicate if they know in advance that a game is postponed or cancelled.  This will allow members to utilize this ice for make up games, clinics, etc.
It will also give the ice committee a heads up, i.e. If there is no game at 7pm, there would be no need to pebble  ice surface.
