"Friday Afternoon" Senior Curl Fee:

Student Fee:
$125.00 tax incl. Valid Student ID must be presented

 The first half of your fee ( $100.00 ) is due "NO LATER" then November 15th, 2008. 
If membership is paid in full by Dec. 15th, your name will be entered in our prize draw 
 The remaining ($100.00), is to be paid "NO LATER" then January 31st, 2009.

If  your membership is not paid up by due "dates", your privileges will be revoked until money is received. We are a non-profit volunteer organization and need operating funds to keep "OUR" club running.
